This is a hybrid program of both in-person sessions with me, and online programming for you to do at your leisure, whatever time and dates you choose, with the ability to contact me at any time. Strength training has been shown time & time again to be extremely beneficial in improving both quality and length of life. It also allows our muscles and bones to become more resilient against injury, AND improves our power and skill in our sports. This program teaches you specific ways to improve in either tennis or running through strength, and how to reduce risk of recurring injury.
