Virtual Rehab for Runners

Designed for runners ready to get out of pain, get strong, and stay injury-free with expert guidance.

You'll get:

A 90-minute virtual evaluation of any injuries, gait & movement analysis, health analysis and goal-setting
1 additional 30-minute virtual video chat per month (or more depending on the personal level of support you need!)
Fully customized rehab, strength & run programming that is updated weekly
Unlimited messaging support with your PT
Video feedback on form + progress
Delivered via Trainerize and Google Drive

Ideal for:

Injured runners who want expert guidance
Anyone recovering from or managing injuries
Beginners preparing for a race or building consistency

Investment: $250 per month with two month commitment.

Hybrid Coaching (Virtual + In-person)

Limited spots available.

Includes everything in the virtual package, plus one in-person session per month.
This is perfect if you want hands-on treatment, real-time form work, or deep-dive sessions to accelerate your progress.

You’ll get:

One 60-minute in-person session/month
Priority scheduling (including early AM sessions)
Manual therapy and movement assessments as needed
All the benefits of virtual coaching

Note: In-person sessions are currently available in Stuart, FL and require a short intake call.

Investment: $370 per month

In-person Sessions

Case-by-case appointments.

One-on-one attention for an hour+, as well as text support and app-delivered home exercise programs with ability to contact your PT.

Located in Stuart, FL at Martin Athletic Training.

Investment: $150 each for 4-session package, or $175 for one session

Pelvic Floor PT

In-home or in-clinic treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, including the following conditions:

Urinary incontinence
Fecal incontinence
Painful intercourse, use of tampons or speculums
Incomplete urinary/fecal emptying

*In-home services incur a travel fee of $30 for within 15 miles, and $50 for 15 miles or more from our Pelvic Floor Clinic at K&S Fitness in Stuart, FL.
